Call for Proposals (Long Papers, Short Papers, Working Groups, Oral Communications, Posters, and Symposiums)

This is the first announcement calling for proposals from mathematics education and STEM education researchers to be submitted for the AFRICME7 conference that will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2025. Interested teachers are invited to submit “How I Teach” papers to present in the Mathematics Teacher Professional Development sessions. These submissions are not compulsory for participating teachers but are desirable for the conference.

The deadline for submission has been extended to 17 March 2025. Please see details in the revised second announcement.

CIAEM (Conferencia interamericana de educacion mathematica)/ IACME Inter-American Conference on Mathematics Education

CIAEM/IACME XVI was just held July 30 -August 4, in 2023 in Peru.

CIBEM – Congresso Iberoamericano de Educação Matemática / Iberoamerican Congress of Mathematics Education (CIBEM) is a space open to all current perspectives, theoretical and conceptual approaches that permeate both empirical work and theoretical reflection of those who practice Mathematics Education. 

The X Ibero-American Congress of Mathematics Education (CIBEM) convened by the Ibero-American Federation of Mathematics Education Societies (FISEM) will be held in Mexico in 2025, although the dates have not yet been set.

CIBEM IX was held in the city of Sao Paolo, December 5 to 9, 2022.

EARCOME 9 (the 9th ICMI-East Asia Regional Conference on Mathematics Education) will take place July 18th (Fri) - July 22nd (Tue), 2025. 

Espace Mathématique Francophone is an ICMI regional conference that is held every three years. It is aimed at an international audience of mathematics educators, mathematicians, researchers, teacher trainers and teachers. The conference language is French. EMF2021

The most recent Conference was held  12 - 16  December 2022  in Benin.
