 Important Note
- Hotel Reservation Deadline: 8 Jun, 2012, after the date room availability shall not be guaranteed.
- Hotel reservation is arranged by the Housing & Tour Bureau, Kim's Travel Service Co., Ltd and do not contact hotel directly for any changes and cancellation to avoid any confusion.
- A valid credit card information or remittance of one-night deposit at least is required to be confirmed and secure your room reservation. Otherwise hotel reservation cannot be confirmed according to policy.
- After one-night deposit charged by your given credit card (or received one-night deposit at least) by the Housing & Tour Bureau, Kim's Travel Service Co., Ltd, confirmation letter will be sent to you within two weeks.
- Hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Standard currency is the Korean Won and the exchange rate only for reference is approx. KRW 1,050 to USD 1.00 and changeable.
- For early check-in (before 15:00) & late check-out (after 12:00), extra charge will be applied.
- For group reservation (more than 1 room) should be requested to the Housing & Tour Bureau directly.

 Payment Information
● One-night Deposit & Balanced Amount Charge
- Ibis Seoul Hotel and Casaville Samsung: Your credit card details will be informed to the hotel and total room rates will be charged when you check out, receipt will be issued accordingly.
- The Other Hotels: One-night room rate will be charged within one week and balanced amount will be charged around end of Jun, 2012 by your given credit card info by Kim's Travel Service Co., Ltd, receipt will be issued upon request.
- If you do not have any credit card, you should remit one-night deposit at least by bank transfer to the Housing & Tour Bureau to secure your room reservation.

- Any other personal expenses, such as breakfast, laundry, phone calls, Mini-bar and etc. should be paid to the hotel when check-out.

 Cancellation & Refund Policy (for individual reservation)
● One-night Deposit & Balanced Amount Charge
- Any changes & cancellation should be requested in writing via e-mail or fax to the Housing & Tour Bureau.
- Bank service charge will be deducted from refund.
- All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9hours).
- For administrative reason, refund will be made after the congress.
● Cancellation request received by 29 Jun, 2012: No penalty.
● Cancellation request received from 29 Jun, 2012 or No-show: one-night room rate will be charged.
