Registration, Inaugural Function And Other Important Information
Access to the venue: Please carry a photo-ID/passport and a copy of the welcome letter/invitation card to the venue on the first day.
Transfers from Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and the three railway stations to the official hotels and guest houses will be available for all registered delegates and accompanying guests arriving for the Congress.
Help desks will be operational at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport from 0600 hours August 17 till 2300 hours on August 19, 2010.
Early Arrivals: If you are arriving before 0600 hours August 17, please use the metered taxi services run by MERU Cabs and Easy Cabs (to be paid in Indian Rupees).
Hotel Check-in: 1400 hrs and check-out: 1200 hrs.

Shuttle Facility for delegates from Official listed hotels to the Congress Venue on all congress days.

On 18th August coaches will function as per schedule given below
Departure from the official hotels & guest houses to HICC at the following times:
10:00 and 10:30
14:00 and 14:30
17:00 and 17:30
Departure from HICC to the official hotels & guest houses at the following times:
12:30 and 13:00
16:30 and 17:00
19:30 and 20:00
On 19th August, departure from Official Hotels is scheduled at 0730 hrs for the Opening Ceremony.

Registration counters are located in the foyer of the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC). They will be open at the following hours.

Smt. PRATIBHA PATIL, THE HONOURABLE PRESIDENT OF INDIA,WILL INAUGURATE THE CONGRESS AT 11.00 AM. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO BE IN YOUR SEATS BY 10.30 AM.
PLEASE NOTE THAT LAPTOPS, MOBILE PHONES, CAMERAS, BAGS ETC. WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE HALL. PLEASE LEAVE THESE AT YOUR HOTEL. THIS WILL BE ENFORCED BY THE SECURITY PERSONNEL.
