Accommodation
The Chancery Pavilion is the venue for the Meeting of the General Assembly. Most delegates are expected to stay at the Pavilion or at the Chancery Hotel. A location map is provided here.

The Chancery Pavilion, is 5 star luxury business hotel set amidst the heart of Bangalore’s central business district on Residency Road. The Chancery Pavilion is close to Lal Bagh and Cubbon Park. The hotel has a round-the-clock travel desk, and arranges transportation facilities to all tourist destinations and attractions in Karnataka. Being in the heart of the city, the hotel is also close to all major malls and hospitals.
Chancerry Reception
The Chancery, a 4-star luxury hotel, matches all the comforts and convenience provided by a 5-star hotel. It is conveniently located in the heart of Bangalore city from where commuting is very easy. It is near the Chancery pavilion which is the venue for the IMU General Assembly meetings.

The rates given above include complimentary buffet breakfast and bank charges, but do not include taxes.
Taxes
Service Tax , currently @ 1.03% will be charged at the time of booking your Hotel room.
Other Taxes, as applicable, will have to be paid at the time of checking out of the Hotel. The applicable taxes at this time are given below.
- Luxury Tax @ 10% of room rate
- Hotel Service charge @ 2.5% of room rate
