| SEOUL ICM 2014 Childcare Services |
|
The SEOUL ICM 2014 offers childcare services to registered participants. During the sessions, participants may fully focus on the academic programs with their children in the good hands of childcare professionals.
Reservation for childcare services in advance is highly recommended due to limited availability. The reservation is due on July 25, 2014. Services will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations will only be completed once both consent form and payments are cleared from an applicant. Onsite reservation may not be guaranteed.

| Important Notice |

| 1. |
Snacks, beverages and meals must be supplied by parents every day.
|

| 2. |
Staffs of the SEOUL ICM 2014 childcare services are not entitled to administer medication. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, an ill child shall not be admitted to Childcare Service. |

| 3. |
Please label your child’s belongings. Although a lost and found will be operated, however, neither the SEOUL ICM 2014 childcare services nor the Secretariat are subject to any responsibility for the loss or theft of personal items. |
|
| 4. |
After 18:00, a late fee of USD 10 (or KRW 10,000) per child for every 10 minutes will be charged. Childcare Service Center closes at 19:00. |
|
| 5. |
A copy of passport and/or the actual passports of parent and children must be checked before entry. |
