Hotel and Room Rates

The SEOUL ICM 2014 Organizing Committee has selected a number of hotels in different categories in main areas of Seoul - most of them conveniently located on major transportation routes and accessible by subway. Special rates have been secured for Congress participants by the Committee.

How to make Headquarter Hotel Reservations

Participants can make a reservation through two ways. First, please download each reservation form, check documents, and send it to the hotel by e-mail or fax. The confirmation letter will be sent to the respective participant by hotel office on the condition of appropriate reservation status. Second way, please click ‘Online Headquarter Reservation’ below.
SEOUL ICM 2014 Secretariat kindly asks all participants to complete the hotel reservation. Room booking and changes made cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability. Therefore room availability and special rate for reservation made after that date cannot be guaranteed. All bookings for dates outside the meeting period will be subject to availability and change of room rates.

Important Notice

1.	Please note that the special discounted rate can be provided only when you make a reservation through this website.

2.	All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be reserved through Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas and Intercontinental Seoul Coex. Any changes in reservation must be explained in writing to the hotel directly, NOT the Secretariat of SEOUL ICM 2014.

3.	All regulations including cancellation policy are complied with headquarter hotels. Please refer to the ‘Reservation Form’ or Cancellation Policy below.

4.	In case of change for reservation, please confirm changed information at amended confirmation from hotel.

5.	The above special rates include a complimentary internet access in a guest room.

Headquarter Hotel Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations should be explained in writing and emailed to the headquarter hotels. All due dates are based on the South Korean Standard Time (GMT+9)

How to Make Official Hotel Reservations

Please note that the special discounted rate can be provided only when you make a reservation through this website by Online Hotel Reservation. The service will no longer be available from July 10, 2014. A confirmation letter will be sent to you within 3 days after reservation by the Secretariat of SEOUL ICM 2014. Depending on availability, rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Once room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may be unable to secure more rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended.

Important Notice

1.	All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be reserved by booking through the Secretariat of SEOUL ICM 2014. Any changes in reservation must be explained in writing to the Secretariat of SEOUL ICM 2014, NOT directly to the hotel. However, for reservation changes at JW Marriott Seoul, participants should contact the hotel directly.

2.	All rates are based on South Korean Won. Please click “Currency Converter” to check currency rate.

3.	Hotel reservations should be made by July 10, 2014. Room booking and changes made after July 10, 2014 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.

4.	VAT (10%) and SVC (11%) will be added to most of the above room rates, but only VAT (10%) will be added to room rates at Best Western Premier Gangnam and IBIS Ambassador Seoul. VAT (10%) and SVC (11%) are included at Samjung Hotel, Casaville Samsung and Gangnam Serviced Residence.

5.	VAT (10%) and SVC (11%) will be added to most of the above breakfast rates, but only VAT (10%) will be added to Breakfast rates at Best Western Premier Gangnam and IBIS Ambassador Seoul. Casaville Samsung does not provide breakfasts.

6.	Standard check-in time of 3:00pm and check-out time of 12:00pm apply to all hotels. Please note that requests for early check-in and late check-out must be made in writing to the Secretariat of SEOUL ICM 2014 at hotel@icm2014.org in advance. However, this may cause an additional one-night charge depending on room availability.

7.	For Executive Superior King rooms at the JW Marriott Seoul, the Executive Lounge on the level 30th floor offers complimentary breakfast in the morning and cocktail and white wine service in the evenings.

Any cancellations should be explained in writing and emailed to the Secretariat of SEOUL ICM 2014 at hotel@icm2014.org. All due dates are based on the South Korean Standard Time (GMT+9)

By July 10, 2014	No penalty
From July 11, 2014 to July 20, 2014	50% of one-night room rate will be charged to your credit card.
From July 21, 2014 or No-Show	A one-night room rate will be charged to your credit card.
