Dear Authors,

It is with pleasure that the ICM 2018 Committee welcomes your participation and the submission of your work.

For your benefit, the submission is fully automated. You only need to fill a simple form. However, we recommend that you read the instructions below, which will guide you through the process and also avoid possible misunderstandings.

Instructions for Short Communications and Posters

  • Title: We recommend that the title contains a maximum of 150 letters, preferably without mathematical formulas.

  • Content: We recommend that the abstract should contain a maximum of 300 words.

  • Only 1 (one) work per main author is allowed. However, the same author can be a co-author in up to 10 works.

  • The Organizing Committee strongly recommends that the Short Communications or Posters should be written in the English language. Works not written in English may be rejected by the Committee in case of difficulty in finding reviewers fluent in other idioms.

  • We recommend that you do not use tables, diagrams or figures in the abstract.

  • We recommend that you do not include references in the abstract.

  • The author can choose between Oral presentation or Poster when submitting his Abstract, but it will be up to the committee the final decision on the form of presentation. If there is a change in the presentation form chosen by the author, the author will be communicated via e-mail.

  • To submit your Short Communication you must be registered in ICM 2018. After the announcement of the result, on February 28, 2018, the author of the Short Communication or Poster approved must finalize its registration, paying the registration fee until April 27, 2018.
