ICM 2018 will be open to the participation of schools in a special program of activities designed for a general audience, including mathematical exhibits, workshops and games, and public talks by prominent mathematicians E. Ghys, I. Daubechies, C. Villani, T. Tokieda and R. Martins.
You can contribute to these activities by making a donation to the ICM 2018 Outreach Fund. All the money raised through this fund will go toward funding participation in the above program, thus furthering our goal of sowing the seeds for a mathematical future in Brazil.
To make a contribuition you must ask during your registration onsite. Gift Amount:

Organized for the ICM participants and their companions, the congress's dinner party will be held on August 4 at 7.30 PM at Riocentro. During the event, the Gauss and Chern prizes will be awarded. There will also be cultural attractions and entertainment especially designed for the participants.
You can guarantee your place during registration onsite, but remember that it depends on vacante places.
