If you are a registered GA Participant, a room has been booked for you in the Sheraton WTC hotel located within the WTC complex.
The IMU will cover your basic room fare from July 28, 2018 (afternoon check-in) to July 31, 2018 (morning check-out).
Any additional items or expenses are the sole responsibility of each individual delegate, and must be paid directly to the hotel.
Examples of such additional items and expenses include room service, extra hotel nights, and accompanying guests.
For any other participants, you must arrange your own accommodation. For your convenience, the Organizing Committee
has negotiated special fares with the following hotels.
